Siding Options
LP SmartSide® 76 Series Panel (Standard)
Included standard on all of our buildings. We use LP® SmartSide® 76 Series Panel, the highest quality 7/16″ nominal thickness siding available. Built with SilverTech radiant barrier technology, it offers superior protection against moisture, impact, and heat – ensuring your building is built to last from the inside out.
LP SmartSide® Horizontal Lap
Available for an additional cost. We use horizontal true lap with a 7” reveal just like modern home construction. Can be painted any color you need to match your house. This will meet your HOA requirements. All horizontal lap sheds include closed soffits.
LP Board and Batten
Available as an upgrade. Our board and batten siding delivers a bold, modern look that mirrors the style of contemporary home construction. Choose any paint color to seamlessly match your home’s exterior – a perfect solution for meeting HOA requirements. All board and batten siding upgrades include closed soffits for a clean, finished appearance.
Vinyl Siding
Available for an additional cost. 4” horizontal double lap vinyl siding is a low maintenance alternative to wood. Over 25 colors to choose from. All vinyl sided sheds include aluminum fascia and soffit.
Steel Siding
Available as an upgrade. The same .29 gauge steel used for the roof is installed traditionally with vertical lines, always over OSB sheathing for added strength and stability. Wainscot — the bottom 3′ in a contrasting color — is also available for a bold, finished look.
